Event Attendance and No-Show Policy

In our commitment to providing quality and accessible events for all members, we kindly request adherence to the following policy regarding event attendance and cancellations:

RSVP Confirmation: Members must confirm their attendance by RSVPing (via google forms) to events no later than 12 hours prior to the event start time.

Cancellation Notification: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have RSVPed, we ask that you notify the event organizer at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage resources effectively and offer your spot to another interested member.

No-Show Consequences: Failure to attend an event without prior notification (a “no-show”) may result in the following:

First Instance: A friendly reminder of this policy and its importance for our community.
Subsequent Instances: Possible restrictions on attending future events, such as being placed on a waitlist.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please inform the event organizer as soon as possible. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis with understanding and discretion.

By RSVPing to events, members agree to this policy, ensuring fairness and respect for the time and effort invested in our event planning. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your active participation in our community events.
